Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Provided that they are physically capable of performing chest compressions, there are no limitations.
It is generally recommended that only candidates older than 14 years of age to practice First Aid. However we do have first aid for younger children, so that they become familiar with First Aid practices.
A willingness and disposition to help when the need arises.
You will also need to become familiar with the basic first aid toolkit and how to use each item therein.
